Tear open foil packet at the notches, and dispense your desired amount. Apply generously to hands and massage in for extra moisture.

Is there more hand cream in your foil packet than you need at the moment? You can simply fold the opened edge over and close it with a bit of tape or a paperclip, but we don't recommend putting re-sealed packets in a purse or backpack as they may leak.

Exchanges

If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing or changed your mind after the cancellation window, we will gladly accept a return of the original items to ensure you get what you wanted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if the products are unopened with any shrink wrap, bottle liners etc still intact.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
