Shipping policy

Current Turnaround Time (TAT) is 3-5 business days. Our products are made to order from materials on hand and therefore can be manufactured and shipped quickly in most cases. However, in the rare event we have a high volume of orders for the same product and that leads us to run out of a material, the TAT may get longer. If your order is impacted, we will reach out as soon as possible to provide you with options regarding how we fulfill your order - holding the order until complete, cancelling the impacted item and shipping the rest immediately, or shipping the completed items immediately and sending the backordered item when complete. If you do not respond within 24 hours we will default to the first option (holding the order until complete). 

"Pickup in store" option is only available to those customers attending the Polish & Beauty Expo on July 20, 2025 in Tinley Park, IL. If this option is selected at checkout, your order will be held until July 20th during the Expo, and may be picked up at the Bygone Apothecary booth with a valid order email. If you fail to pick up your order at that time, it will be returned to the Seattle location and you will need to pay for shipping (if applicable) at a later date.
