What does turnaround time mean?

Turnaround time refers to the time between you placing an order and the order being shipped by us. This does not include the actual shipping time, which may vary (especially during the pandemic)! Orders will always be processed on a first come, first served basis. Since our products are handcrafted (and in most cases in very small batches), we don't tend to have a lot of inventory just hanging around. This means that when you place your order, we get to work making, packaging, labeling, and shipping as soon as we can. However, since science has yet to invent an accurate crystal ball, we can't predict if we will get 1 order a day or 100. If for some reason we get overwhelmed, or run out of a raw material (we don't have room to keep a ton of that around either) it may take longer to get to your order, but rest assured we will get your products to your door as quickly as we are able to.

Our promise to you

We know how frustrating it can feel to wait for something you're looking forward to. While we can't control everything that contributes to having to wait (again, waiting for science to perfect teleportation), here's what we are doing about the things we can control:
  • Transparency: We will update you immediately if an item from your order is backordered or out of stock, and give you several options to choose how to resolve it. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a prompt notification and refund. 
  • Frequent updates: You can check this page at any time to see the most up-to-date information regarding our current turnaround time and what orders we are processing. 
  • Accuracy: We will do our best to minimize potential issues with any of our processes - packaging will be inspected upon purchase to ensure it isn't defective, raw material stock levels will be managed carefully, and the stock levels of items available for sale on the website will be updated to reflect accurately what we actually have or can produce at the time.
